Lemon & Caper Sauce (Grenobloise if you're feeling fancy!)

This lemon caper sauce (grenobloise if you're feeling fancy!) is the perfect recipe. Toss with your favorite pasta, or spoon over chicken, tofu, or seafood for a quick and easy (1 pan!) meal.

Poppin with acidity and juicy brininess, this lemon caper sauce is delicious and easy-peasy. Melt butter in a skillet. Add Big Picture Capers and a splash of their tremendous mother brine. Cook until sizzling and fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon, parsley + pepper. Toss with your favorite pasta, or spoon over chicken, tofu, or seafood for a quick and easy (1 pan!) meal.
