Poppin with acidity and juicy brininess, this lemon caper sauce is delicious and easy-peasy. Melt butter in a skillet. Add Big Picture Capers and a splash of their tremendous mother brine. Cook until sizzling and fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon, parsley + pepper. Toss with your favorite pasta, or spoon over chicken, tofu, or seafood for a quick and easy (1 pan!) meal.
