At Big Picture Foods we strive to provide the cleanest, most nutrient dense specialty foods. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or refund products once they are shipped, except in the case of damages or defects.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate your concerns and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
